Our pdf manuals are custom made! Scanning and editing each page one by one. All of our pdf manuals are set up for printing your own manual. Some pages will be horizontal and some vertical to give the largest view of each page. Each page will print out nicely on one 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper. You have the option of printing just a few pages or the entire manual. You can also view any page on your computer with the adobe reader.

All manuals are in PDF adobe format, ONLY!

All PDF's are set-up for printing your own manual, some PDF's will be horizontal and some vertical.

All payments are processed through PAYPAL

All orders will receive a link via email to download the PDF Manual

All download links are currently good for 7 days or 5 downloads

All download links are sent out after the order is verified by us. No it is not automatic!

And yes it can take a little time for you to receive the download link, please be patient!

All orders received after 10pm PST will be processed the next business day.

We have a limit of "1" download in a 7 day period, per household.

All CD orders are shipped within 48 hours by first class mail.

We only ship CD's to a verified USA address! All other countries must choose the download.

It's your responsibility to verify the items in the cart

After the manual is downloaded, no refunds, no exchanges, no returns will be allowed.

We reserve the right to reject any order at any time for any reason.

We only respond to orders of "45 Days" or less. This is plenty of time to complete your download.

We will not, for reason, send anything different then the model number on the order. If you ordered the wrong manual, don't download it and let us know asap. We will cancel the order and let you re-order the correct manual.

We never "save or sell" any personal information collected from this website. We don't believe in this kind of activity. We also take pride in being one of the few sites left that doesn't allow pop-up's or advertisement.

  FAQS  
  How long does it take to receive my order? Most orders are processed right away during normal business hours (PST time). Some orders will take longer due to un-for-seen circumstances. Example- Payment processor down, Internet connection down, Power outage, etc... All orders received before 10pm PST will be processed the same day. All orders after 10pm will be processed the next morning.

What's the difference in a Service Manual and the Instruction Manual? Service Manuals have information for timing, adjusting and general maintenance for the machine. Instruction Books have information for threading, oiling, setting the machine for certain stitches, buttonholes etc... 

Will the manual include all the information i need? All  manuals come with the information intended by the MFG. We never add or delete any information. You are expected to have basic skills or knowledge with any manual. One example- The service manual will not tell you in detail to "get a small screwdriver and a 10mm wrench and remove part A. It will most likely say "remove part A" to get to part B. You should have some mechanical knowledge before buying a service manual and attempting to repair the machine yourself.

Do you run the manuals through an automatic scanner? No! We scan each page one at a time, then edit and clean up each page, to give the best possible view, which will print out nice  pages. The way to tell if the PDF is ran through a auto-scanner is the pages are smaller in size and you have more open space on the page then you have information, and/or the pages have writing, dark specs, binding marks, etc...And all this will show up on the printed page!

Are you selling PDF's taken from the MFG website? Never! Unlike alot of other sites we don't steal free downloads and then try to sell to you as our own. We would advise staying away from these sites! They're only trying to take advantage of you by selling you something that is free. We suggest you always check with the MFG first to see if they have your model available as a PDF. 

Is the CD version different? No! The CD contains the PDF file only. It's not a talking or Video CD.

Do you purchase manuals? Yes! Any manual we don't have already listed, we would love to add to our site.
